The Annual CBS sports were held in Santry on Wednesday in wet and windswept conditions. Despite the misery we had a few good performances for our lads. In the Minor 800m Finn Burke Power was 3rd, Dara Finn was a fine winner of the 1100m, Pierre was 2nd in the 800m and the 1500m. We are missing a few other results but will update later.
Well done to all our young athletes who ran in the Junior Great Ireland Run in the Phoenix Park on Sunday last. Performance of the day went to Keelan Gogarty from Abbey Drive who was a very impressive winner of her section. On Saturday in Tallaght we had fine runs from Kate Harrold, Gillian and Emily Murpny, Aoife Corr andBilly Brennan. For club info www.celticdch.com

We dont have the full results yet but we do know that Keelan Gogarty followed up on her 2nd place last year with a brilliant win in the mini run. Keelan seems to love the longer races and she looked the part all the way through Well done Keelan. We will put up a detailed report later.
