We had 6 athletes in action at the final NIA live competition at the indoor arena last night. Martha won her 60m under 16 in a new personal best time, Aimee and Niamh weren’t far off their best times in the 400m races, Goda won her 800m with Cliodhna just behind her. Aoife had a very good series of jumps in her pole vault and equalled her pb last night.
