Dublin championships day 1 was held in Santry yesterday. The 600/800s were first off at 10.30. Aimee finished well in her 600 under 12, Juliette ran well in a competitive heat of her 600, Robin had her best run in a long time in her heat of the 800, Pearl and Jessica both qualified for the final of the under 15 800, Goda came 2nd in her 800m final with Erin and Aoibhinn just behind. The long hurdles were next up with Maisy doing very well to make the under 15 final. Martha made the final of the under 16 race, came off the last hurdle in 3rd/4th and charged through to the line to win her first outdoor Dublin title with a new personal best time. Great run!
As the hurdles were on Alice was battling away in the long jump and she finished 2nd . Goda then raced her first 3k on the track and finished 3rd in her age group.
The under 15 800 final was our last event of the day with Pearl finishing 4th just missing out on a medal and Jessica came 5th
