Sun 13th Apr Great Irl run in the Phoenix Park. All the junction stewards have been contacted directly.
Water station crew and baggage crew and others who are free to help are to meet at 8 am at the HITW. If late follow over to the tented area on the furze road.
No formal training on Sunday due to the race. Older athletes make their own arrangements after the race . Most jobs will be finished by 11 /11.30
