Sat 2nd Sept older group 2004 older meet at the Goalposts at DFS10.30 ready to start .

Sun 3rd Sept HITW everyone

Tue 5th Sept Bogies at 4 for anyone who’s free , every one else HITW at 7.

Thur 7th Sept 5 pm group meet at HITW. Everyone else HITW at 7.

First races for the younger athletes in two weeks so it’s important not to miss training days in the first few weeks back. Easy to get discouraged if others are running away from you. Best of luck everyone in the new season.

Breakfast cereal
Jammies
Goodies
Money for pizza /ice cream
Running gear
Swimming gear
Medication if needed
Sunscreen, towel and toiletries
Spare socks, warm hoodie.
Plastic bag for bringing home wet clothes
Plan to leave curracloe at 5 pm on Sunday.
