Alice had a busy day today picking up a gold medal in the long jump on her very last attempt as well as a bronze in the 80m sprint to add to her silver yesterday in the 200m !! Aimee Ryan finished 5th in a very close finish in the 100 under 15. Clare o Connor added a bronze in the 1500m to her 400m silver and 800m gold under 19! Cliodhna Ryan was 4th in the under 17 1500m. Well done to Colin, Pearl and Meave who also represented the club today.

Day 1 and day 2 Dublin championship update
On day 1 of the Dublins Goda came 2nd in the under 15 800m and Martha came 3rd in the shot putt under 14. In the under 12 600m Lelia, Amelia and Freya all qualified for the 600m under 12.
Day 2 started off well with a silver medal for Clare in the 400m under 19, Bruce came 3rd in the under 15 hurdles, Alice had a great run coming 2nd in a very competitive 200m under 14. Aimee Ryan was the standout of the day with a very impressive win in the 200m under 15. Niamh qualified for her first Dublin outdoor final in the 200m under 17. Great day! Well done everyone.
