Graded results update
Good runs all round from our senior Gang in Tallaght tonight. Edel McNamara ran a pb in her 800m, Aoife Ni Bhroin was delighted with her 800m pb, Evan did a pb in the men’s 800, Aoife Corr, Aoife Donaghy and Sara jane all ran well in their 800m races, Ellen , Sinead and Aislinn had a rare outing over the 3k distance and all were very happy with their experiences. Well done to all! Lovely night for racing.

Sean retains National junior 1500m title
A great run by Sean Donoghue today in Santry saw him win the 1500m NationalJunior championship for the 2nd time. Very hard race to win once but even harder to retain a title. Great result! Joe Fogarty ran a very good 1500m in the B race adding a 1500m pb to his 800m pb from yesterday. Lauren Tinkler won the under 23 women’s 5k title, Craig Duffy ran in the 100m and also competed in a very windy long jump competition. Well done to all.
Next weekend Craig, Sean, Lauren and Joe will be back to Santry for the National seniors.
