Big thank you and shout out to the Hole in the wall/ Dash for supplying the very well earned ice creams to all our athletes this morning after our time trials and training in the Phoenix park. Perfect day for ice cream!!

Great running in Belfast today
A huge well done to Sean Donoghue on a big personal best and European junior qualifying time in the 1500m today in Mary Peters track in Belfast. A fab run too for Catherine mcManus in the 400m running a new personal best of 53.90. Edel Monaghsn ran a solid 5k running inside 18minutes. Well done to all.
