Update day 3 of Dublins

We got off to a good start on day 3 in Santry with Erin coming 3rd in her first ever 400m final. Max was next on the podium adding a bronze medal in the discus under 14 to his growing collection. We had a mixed time in the hurdles. Aisling was off well but had a bad fall on 3rd hurdle, got up and finished the race. Brave girl👏
Ellen and Rion both qualified for the under 14 final where Rion finished 5th and unfortunately Ellen crashed into
3rd hurdle but like Aisling got back up
And finished the race. 👏
Martha had a very good race in the under 17 hurdles improving from 3rd last year to 2nd this year in a very close race.

Rion was back in action in the 200m in the afternoon, made the final and finished a good 6th . Hector was 4th in his heat, Maisy finished strongly in her heat also finishing 4th, Aimee made the 200m final under 18 and finished 6th in a competitive race.
