Sat 15th Mar HITW 10 am sprints group and all others born 2011 and older.

Sun 16th Mar sprints group HITW 11am. Older middle distance group meet at 11 at HITW for easy run. No training for the younger athletes today.

Tue 18th Mar Grangegorman at 7 for everyone . No indoor track booking this week. Revolut reminder for 4/3 and 11/3.

Thur 20th Mar best of luck to all competing today in the Bogies cross country . Starts at 11, done by 12.

Good luck this weekend to Niamh, Aimee, Martha and Alice at the Leinster juveniles in Athlone.

We had 5 athletes competing at the Leinster indoors in Abbottstown yesterday. Martha competed in the junior 60m in the morning session and Cliodhna in the senior 1500m.
In the afternoon session Alice had a very good series in the junior long jump and she jumped a pb of 5m 8cm.
After a very long time hanging around Niamh came 3rd in the junior 400m. Aimee ran her first indoor race this season coming 7th overall in the junior 400.
At the end of a very long day Alice, Niamh , Martha and Aimee survived some frantic baton changing in the junior 4x 200 to finish 3rd team. Well done girls!
