A lot of the younger athletes appear to be doing one day club training per week. Need at least two days of solid running to progress or to get race fit!

An invite has gone out to local schools regarding indoor relays on 9th Dec in Abbottstown. 4th,5th and 6th class. Was on last year and was a great event. Parents please ask your schools to send teams up to this . It’s filling up fast! Teams of 4.
