Sat 4th Oct sprints/jump/hurdles group Dunboyne 9.30. Organise lifts if needed tonight. Older middle distance group not competing tomorrow are to do the Abbottstown Park run in the morning. Meet In Abbottstown at 8.45

Sun 5th league 2 in Corkagh park. Aim to be on site one hour before your race start time. Make sure to check the time table as the races are not all going in the usual order( to facilitate different start areas).

An update to the schools races yesterday. Darragh O’Kane had a great run finishing 5th in the 5th class race and led his team from St John Bosco to 2nd place.

Well done to all who ran in Santry today. We only have one result from the primary school races and that was the great win from MHOC 6th class team who were mainly club members. Isabelle led the team of Cara, Ellie, Sian, Ellen, Louise, Rachel and Molly.

Emma Dempsey was our star performer today in the secondary schools races leading the St Dominic’s senior team to first place with Erin and Aoibhinn on the team.

Out team of Saoirse , Jessica , Caroline and Pearl running for Sy Dominic’s finished 4th in the inter girls race with all 4 still eligible to run in this age group next year.
Well done to all and thank you to the parents who drove and supported.

Sat 27th Sept. HITW 10 am sprints group and older middle distance group

Sun 28th Sept HITW 11am everyone. Could be busy around HITW as event on there.

Tuesday 30th Sept Grangegorman at 7 pm everyone.
