Tallaght athletic club track on the Green hills road did their first outdoor competition. No pre entry , you just turn up on the day, pay 3 euro for your entry and compete in any event in your age group. This is where you learn how to compete and build up your confidence.

Thur 14th April HITW 10.30 everyone
There will be training in Grangegorman on Tuesday night at 7 for the older middle distance group only. 2004and older only if they can’t make the morning session.
