We had a number of athletes out on Wednesday in Santry representing their various secondary schools at the Nirth Leinster schools. Aimee and Martha made the final of the minor girls 80m. Later on Aimee won the minor girls 500m with Abigail coming 3rd. In the minor relay Aimee, Erin and Aoibhinn were on the St Dominic’s team which came 2nd. Bianca, Martha and Abigail were on the Kanturk team which made the final. The st Dominic’s team of Lily, Niamh, Goda and Joclyn finished 2nd in the under 16 4x 300m relay. Aisling came 5th in the senior 1500m and Eva just missed out on a place in the 300m final. Cliodhna is making her way back after an injury and she ran in the inter 1500m. Well done everyone.
