The north Leinster schools track & girls championships were held in Tullamore today. First into action was Martha who finished 3rd in the junior hurdles. Aoibhinn was 2nd in the 1500, Erin 3rd in the 800, Aimee 2nd in the 200. Martha , Aimee and Erin were on the st Dominic’s team which won the junior 4×100 relay.
In the under 16 races Goda came 2nd in the mile and Abigail came 3rd. Goda, Aoibhinn, Max and Aimee came 2nd for st Dominic’s in the under 16 4 x300m relay
In the inter races Goda won the 800m and Lily had her best race ever finishing 2nd.
Clare o Connor won the senior 800, Cliodhna was 3rd in the 800 and 2nd in the 1500. Christopher was 5th in the 5k. St Dominic’s senior 4x 300 relay team came first with lily, Clare, Cliodhna and Ash on the team.
