Sun 10 Oct HITW 11am sprints group.
Advice for parents travelling to Tymon park as follows. Athletes born in 2013, 2012, 2011 should aim to be at number collection spot by 10am at the latest. We need to organise coaches to walk the course with the children without rushing them. All other age groups should aim be be there one hour before scheduled race time( timetable on earlier post) . Bring 3 euro for your sticker and wear club singlet if you have one. Bring spikes if you have them. Best of luck to all.

Tue 12th Oct Bogies at 4 for anyone who’s free, everyone else Grangegorman at 7.

Thur 14th Oct HITW at 5 for older group, everyone else Grangegorman at 7.

Please park in official SDCC car parks as in the car park spaces at the Basketball Arena are reserved for their users and do not park along the entrance road to the Arena.

Please be there 1 hour before start time to give athletes enough time to walk the course. Look out for the club flag upon arrival.

Well done to our women’s relay teams on a great turnout at the National road relays in Raheny on Sunday. Raheny women won in fine style with our A team of Edel Monaghan, Jodie and Nadia in 2nd place. Our B team of Sinead Cronin, Ellen and Aoife ni Bhroin finished 8th. Our C team of Aoife Corr, Noelle (first outing for the club) and Aoife Donaghy finished 12th.We also had Susie McManus on her marathon debut yesterday finishing the London marathon in 3 hours 19 mins. Well done to everyone. Keep up the good work!!
