We are an athletic club located in the Navan Rd area. We cater for ages between 10 an 80 years of age.
Training this week.
Sat 17 th July meet at 9.30 in Santry park for warm up. Sprints group plus others 2008 and older.
Sun 18th July Hole in the wall 11am Everyone.

Training this week
Sat 12th July sprints group and middle distance group 2008 and older meet at 9.30 in Santry park for warm up. All lifts to be organized on Friday evening.
Sun 13th July Hole in the wall 11am everyone. Don’t stand around the gate. Go inside the park.
Tue 15th July Hole in the wall 10.30 am. Sprints group plus everyone else.
Thur 17th July Hole in the wall 10.30 sprints group plus everyone else.
