We are an athletic club located in the Navan Rd area. We cater for ages between 10 an 80 years of age.
Results update
Graded 2 was held in Tallaght on Wednesday evening with 200m and 800m races on the programme. Catherine Mcmanus unfortunately had to pull up with a hamstring injury in her first outing of the season and will be out of action for a few weeks.
In the women’s 800 races we had a fine win for Aoife Donaghy in her race, no pbs but good competitive outings for Aoife ni Bhroin, Celine Gavin, Gillian Murphy, Clare O Connor and Edel McNamara.
In the men’s races Sean Donoghue had a great run winning his A race with a very powerful last 100m. Good running in their races from Conor and Evan.
In Finland Nadia Power won her 800m race in her third fastest time ever. Well done to everyone.

Sat 1st Aug meet at 9.30 in Santry Park everyone
Sun 2nd Aug sprints group 11am meet at Hole in the wall. No training today or Tuesday for athletes born 2007 or younger. Older athletes make your own arrangements and meet up yourselves.
Mon 3rd Aug anyone racing in Wednesday in Tallaght should do a run out today.
Tue 4th Aug no formal.club training today. Sprints group and older middle distance group meet up yourselves.
Wed 5th Aug Graded meet in Tallaght . Best of luck to those who managed to get in.
