Huge congratulations to Joe Fogarty on a terrific 3rd place in the National under 14 cross country championships in Abbott’stown today. Joe came 22nd last year and improved a lot this year. Sean Donoghue finished a fine 2nd place in the under 16 race over a tough 4k, coming from 4th over the last 500m. This is Sean’s 3rd year in a row to finish in the first 3 which is a great achievement. Well done lads!Further updates and pictures later.

Sat 25th Nov Hole in the wall 10.30 everyone including Hilarys group.

Sun 26th Nov Nationals day 1 in Abbott’stown. Starts at 11. If you want to watch a festival of cross country you have to go to Abbott’stown! Go early, car parking will be hectic. Best of luck to Joe (under 14), Sean (under 16), Dora, Ellen, Fian, Ella Mae junior/under 18. Niamh, Aoife, Aislinn, Sinead, Clare in the senior women.
