Training week beginning 18th Jan
Sat 18th Jan sprints group Dunboyne track 9.30. 2011 and older Sat morning group 10am HITW.
Sun 19th Jan HITW 11am everyone.
Tue 21st Jan indoor arena 7.30pm everyone. 4 euro cash or Revolut.
Best of luck to all of the older gang competing in the West and North Leinster schools cross country this week.

DCU cross country
Some of our secondary school athletes were in action for the schools at the DCU cross country races on Wednesday .In the junior girls race Pearl finished 9th and led her st Dominic’s team to 3rd place. Our other finishers were Freya Dillon 10th, Caroline 12th, Amelia 16, Saoirse Rogers 17, Emma 20th, Lelia 32nd.
In the inter girls race Erin finished a very good 5th , Aoibhinn just behind her in 6th, Sara 8th, Lama 14th and Freya o Connor with her best run ever in 16th place. St Dominic’s were clear winners of the team race.
This was a good shake out event for the schools regional races next week.
Well done to all and thank you to Emer , Marion and Denise for all the support on the day.

Tuesday afternoon training this week
If any of the primary school athletes are free at 4 pm tomorrow they can come to the Bogies at 4pm for training. Usual training at 7pm in Grangegorman goes ahead. Hats, long sleeve under short sleeves, knee length or long tights! It’s going to be cold.
