Sat 3rd Feb Dunboyne track 9.30 warm up older athletes not competing in Dublin indoors. No training at HiTW today.
Good luck to everyone competing at the indoors in NiA today and tomorrow. Athletes must collect their own number( too much congestion at check in if parents/coaches are in the area). The check in people are well used to checking them in so they will be fine!

Sun 4th Feb 11am HITW anyone not involved in the indoors.

Mon 5th Feb anyone who has qualified for the Leinster schools on Wednesday meet 11am at the HiTW today.

Tue 6th Feb indoor arena assemble at 7.15 . 4 euro on the night or Revolut.

Thur 8th Feb Grangegorman at 7 everyone.

Closing off a busy week of competition Aimee, Niamh and Aoife competed in the AAI games in NIA today. Aoife didn’t have her best day in the pole vault but gave it a good go. Pole vault is a tough one to get right on every outing. Keep at it Aoife!
Aimee had her first outing in a senior competition and her also her first outing in a 400m . She ran really well , winning her race in a solid time of 60.98. Niamh was in the same race and ran another personal best, keeping up her record of improving on every race this season. Great running girls.
