We had club athletes in action today at the DCU schools cross country all representing St Dominic’s Cabra. In the minor race Jessica led the team to a great win over Loreta Foxrock. Pearl was a fine 4th with great packing from Saoirse, Caroline, Emma and Maisy.

In the inter girls race Goda was 3rd with Erin just behind in 4th and Aoibhinn a fast finishing 6th. Great team win for the inter girls.
The senior race had a small field , Cliodhna was 3rd, Lily was a very good 5th and Eva who has just returned to training backed the girls up to help them win the team race.
Great running from all the girls, thank you to Emer. Audrey, Marion and Dermot for the lifts and the support. Great day!!

Sat 13th Jan Dunboyne track meet 9.45 for warm up. Sprints group and middle distance group born 2009 and older.

Sun 14th Jan 10am group meet at HITW.
Everyone else HITW 11am

Tue 16th Jan meet at 7.15 pm at NIA. Revolut 4 euro to Mary or pay cash on the night.

Wed 17th Jan DCU schools cross country. Best of luck to our athletes who are representing their schools.

Thur 18th Jan 7pm Grangegorman everyone.

We had three athletes racing last night in the NIA. Despite a poor start in the 60m Martha still managed to run a very good race, Niamh ran very well in her 400m and chipped another bit of the pb. Goda ran her first senior race in the 800m. Well done all.

All registration forms for 2024 should be completed and paid up this week as insurance fee needs to be paid. . Forms were distributed at training in December and are also available on the club website.
