Club Circuit – 12noon on Sunday

Hi all

On Sunday at 12 noon we will be holding Celtic DCH Zoom Circuit for our members hosted by Catherine.

This will be a moderated Zoom so if you would like to attend please DM on Facebook us so that we can send you on the password – please do not share the password outside of the club (Mary will be texting it around also).

Click here for access to the Zoom

The session will be body weight exercises so no equipment needed and will be targeted at 16+

(Anyone who has taken part in the sprinter group circuits previously should be familiar with the format!)

Younger age groups are welcome to join in if they wish and can take longer breaks as the session will be time focussed rather than number of reps focussed.

The session will kick off at 12 noon with a 10 min warm up followed by 20mins of exercises and then some light stretching to finish.

Bring a mat or towel if you will be on a hard surface, grass would be ideal as there may or may not be some jumping involved!!

See you on Sunday!!

Covid 19 reminder.

Attention all members and friends. Please, please stay with the Government advice about staying at home to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Quite a few club members, friends and former members are working on the Frontline in hospitals and other care situations. They deserve our support in this unreal situation.

Our teenage members in particular, be leaders in your peer groups. You can make a difference and hopefully shorten the length of time we have to endure the lockdown.

It’s very hard for everyone. But we will get through this. Stay safe.
Happy Easter to everyone.

Stolen bike update

Great news! A person was walking past Cumiskeys car park last night and saw same lads acting suspiously with a bike attached to a rack!!! They called the guards who thankfully retrieved the stolen bike before they managed to cut the rack off with their little hacksaw!!! Big thank you to the person who spotted them and called the guards. Great result ๐Ÿ‘. Well done to all involved!!

Mind your bicycles!!

A club member had his bicycle stolen from the bike rack at the Hole in the wall this evening between 5 and 6 o clock. It was locked in the racks there and they took the bike and the rack it was locked on. Spread the word.

Dont leave anything around there as it may not be there when you come back.
