Sat 15th Feb Hole in the wall 10.30 all 2007 and older not competing in Abbottstown.

Sun 16th Feb Hole in the wall 11am everyone.

Best of luck to everyone competing in Abbottstown this weekend.

Mon 17th Feb all.Monday after school group 11 am gym.

Tue 18th Feb Hole in the wall 10.30 everyone including sprints group not competing in NIA live.

No evening training on Tues night.

The leinster schools cross country championships were held in Santry today. Our star performance on the day was by Celine Gavin who won the senior girls race in great style. This was by far Celines best run ever and she showed great determination from the gun and even better led her St Dominics team of Sara Byrne, Dora Medgyesy, Gillian Murphy and Clare o Connor to a great team win with loreto Kilkenny 2nd and Wesley college 3rd.

In the senior boys race Sean Donoghue ran a strong race finishing 10th despite having 2 falls during the race!! Others who competed today were Connor Maleady, Oisin Gavin and Joe Fogarty. All ran well but didn’t make it through to the all Irelands.

As some of the secondary schools are closed on Tues if any club athletes want to train in the morning, meet at 10.30 at Hole in the wall. Sprints and middle distance group. Spread the word. Hats needed!
