Fantastic news ! Hector 2nd in National under 14 high jump today in Tullamore with a new pb of 1.53m.

Sat 28th June Dunboyne group 9.30. Best of luck today and tomorrow to Hector ( high jump), Martha (100m hurdles), Niamh ( 400), Max (shot putt) at Nationals In Tullamore.

Sun 29th June HITW 11am everyone.

Tue 1st July HITW athletes born 2012 (who are free) and older meet at 10.30.
Training at 7pm for all the little ones and anyone who can’t make the morning session meet at the HITW.

Thur 3rd July HITW 10.30
Everyone . No evening training tonight.
This will be our final session for the summer for the under 13 and younger groups. See you all in September.

The entry system is now open to all regionals to enter.

Athletes who qualified and did not receive their entry in the basket can enter here.

U17/U18/U198 athletes who did not qualify, can enter here provided they have entered those events in the Provincial/Regional Championships, entries by permission of the Regional Secretaries only.

All entries will be checked and athletes that do not meet the qualifying criteria, will be removed, without refunds.

Entries close midnight Wednesday 18th June.
