Sat 5th July athletes under 14 and older Dunboyne 9.30.

Sun 6th July older group make own arrangements.

Tue 8th July HITW 7pm under 14 and older

Thur 10th July under 14 and older meet at 10.30 HITW

On Wednesday last Erin had her 2nd outing over 400m in the graded meeting and ran very well not far outside her pb. Abigail tried out the 400m for the first time, Arron ran his first track race and did very well in his 1500m. Isiah ran a pb in his 1500. Niamh did well to make the final of the 400m under 19 National yesterday in Tullamore. Martha was delighted today with her 5 th place in the final of the under 17 hurdles. Max threw a pb in the shot under 14 and finished 8th overall.

Great news this morning from Tullamore! Hector came 2nd in the high jump under 14 in the Nationals. This is a great result for Hector as a few weeks ago in the Dublin champs he had one of those nightmare competitios where it all goes wrong! He barely qualified for national, even had to do a jump off for 4th place to get there! Just shows how things can change, he worked hard since then , got it together and today got the silver medal he do deserved 👏👏👏. We are so proud of you Hector.
