Aoife on the podium after her 800m today in Santry

Sat 8th Jun anyone not involved in IMC or community games 10.30 Hole in the wall. Sprints group plus older middle distance.

Sun 9th June Hole in the wall 11am sprints group plus older middle distance group.

Under 12 will get followed by under 13 and then revert back to younger age groups in Santry tonight.

We have just been advised that the under 12 600m will be the first event tonight starting at 7pm. Please be there for 6.20 to warmup.

Christopher celebrating after finishing his first duathlon in the Phoenix Park yesterday!

Aimee after winning a bronze medal in the Dublin under 12 60m sprint in Tallaght this evening. She adds outdoor bronze to her indoor bronze. Great run Aimee. Joclyn and Bianca just missed out on semi final placed both coming 4th in their heats. Well done to all the girls.
