Graded number 3 will be held on Wednesday night starting at 7pm in Irishtown. Events of interest toour older athletes are the 400m and 800m races. Please register online on Dublin Athletic board website before 2pm on Wednesday.

Great news from Belgium late last night that Pierre ran the European under 23 championships qualifying time for the 5000m. Time was 14.15 and Pierre was well inside with 14.07. This is his best time in three years and comes just two weeks after his final college exams in DCU. The race was run at 11.30 pm when most of us were in bed!! Cliona Murphy ran a very good seasons best in the 1500m and Luke McCann also had a great 1500m running close to his PB.
Catherine Mc Manus had two good runs in a very wet and cold Finland on Saturday where she was competing as a guest in the European clubs for St Abbans AC.

Tue 28th May Hole in the wall 10.30 anyone who’s free.
Everyone else Hole in the wall at 7pm. We will do trials for under 8/10/12 for the Dublin community games on Tuesday night.
