Sat 9th Mar All Ireland schools cross country in Kildare. All directions and course info is on Athletics Ireland website. Bring plenty of gear and fresh gear to come home in as weather could be rough. Best of luck everyone.

Sat 9th sprints group 10.30 sharp in Santry. Be on time please.

Sat 9th athletes born 2005 and older Hole in the wall 10.30.

Sun 10th Hole in the wall 11am everyone

Tue 12th Mar Bogies at 4 for anyone who’s free. Gym group 7pm. Dermots group check. Everyone else DIT at 7.

Wed 13th Mar high jump in hall 6pm

Thur 14th Mar NIA 7.45 for 8pm start.

Wed 6th high jump in school hall 7pm.

Thur 7th Mar NIA 7.45 for 8 everyone. Bring 2 euro.

Unfortunately due to the heavy ground conditions and expected heavy rain tomorrow night we have been asked to postpone our primary schools cross country races until Wed March 20th when we hope to have better conditions. Sorry for inconvenience caused but beyond our control.

Well done to Edel who ran an 800m PB and won a silver medal in her age group at the National masters indoor championships in Athlone on Saturday. Also a big well done to Cliona who came 5th overall and led her Trinity college team to 2nd place at the inter varsity cross country in Galway on Saturday.

Sat 2nd March sprints group Santry 10.30. Older middle distance group (2005 and older) Hole in the wall 10.30.
