Thur 24th May Hole in the wall 7pm everyone
Sean Donoghue was our standout performer today winning the mile under 16 in fine style. He also ran a great final leg for St Declans in the 4x300m relay narrowly missing out on 2nd place. Great credit to Sam Whelan and Ian Lawlor who ran great legs two and three.
Alison Burke finished 2nd in a close senior hurdles, Gillian Murphy was 5th in a tough mile under 16. In the under 16 relay Ashley, Clare, Gillian and Sara ran suberbly and held on tightly to 3rd place. Antonia and Aontoinette ran really well in the junior sprint relay helping their team to 3rd place. Aoibh Collins was on the DGA team which finished 4th behind our Dominic’s Cabra team. Lovely day in Santry, very exciting races! Day 2 on Saturday.
