Sat 20th Sept middle distance group are doing the Abbottstown parkrun. You must register online to get a confirmed time. Start time 9.30. You need to be on site at 8.45.

Sprints group meet at 10am at HITW.

Sun 21st Sept HITW 11am everyone. Please note there is a road race on in the park today so parking will be limited around Blackhorse ave.
Tue 23rd Sept HITW 6.45 on the dot everyone. High viz vests or bright coloured tops needed.

Thur 25th Sept HITW 5.30 middle distance group. Everyone else HITW 6.45.

On this Thursday we will have training at 5.30 for the older middle distance group as usual but the later group (sprints and others) will meet at 6.45 sharp at HITW.

We had a great turnout of club athletes at the opening cross country event of the season. Well done to all who competed , great to see so many first timers out today. Great learning experience for all the newbies! We will have full results in the next few days. Well done to our top finishers today, Darragh, Lucas, Lama and Isiah .
