At the final graded meeting in Lucan last night Edel Monaghan had a fine win in the womens 3k running an impressive outdoor pb. Silje also ran an outdoor pb in the same race. Great running by both girls.

Athletes born 2009 and older can return to training this week. Meet 10.30 at the HITW on Thur 4th Aug. See you then!
