Closing Dates;

Day 1 – 18th of January

Day 2/3 – 24th January

Day 4 Relays – 31st January

Day 5 Spraoi Games – 31st January

Athletes MUST be registered for 2026 to enter, and no late entries will be accepted.

Transferring athletes

Athletes transferring between clubs should ask their outgoing club to register them for 2026 (Reg Fee 21.50), and they will compete wearing a white singlet/vest as unattached athletes until the transfers to the new clubs are finalised in February.

Weekend plans updated

Sat 27th Dec we are planning on doing the Tolka Valley parkrun for anyone who’s around. (Smallies included, it’s a hilly 5k, can walk /run). We are meeting at Pellettstown train station at 9 and heading over from there.

Get your finish time.

Sun 28th Dec HITW 11am anyone who’s around and then we break till 3/4th Jan

Training this week

Sat 20th Dec cake race for everyone. Meet at HITW at 10am. Under 14 and older bring a 5 euro wrapped gift for Kris Kindle and be ready to estimate your time for the two laps.

Under 13 and younger will run one lap of the senior course. Overall winner gets the cake, best boy and girl finisher next across the line gets a prize.
Under 13s don’t need to bring anything , just wear something red! Hot chocolate for all afterwards.

Sun 21st Dec no training for the under 13 group. Sprints group and older middle distance group meet at 11 at HITW.

Tue 23rd Dec HITW 10.30 HITW everyone

Sat 27th Dec HITW 10am sprints group and older middle distance group.

Sun 28th Dec HITW 11am anyone who’s around.
We will take a break from formal club training from 28/12 till Sat 3rd Jan. Feel free to meet up in your own groups if you are feeling antsy.
