Well done to Lily who had a great run over 1500m at the Graded meeting in Tallaght last week. Martha had a very good outing at her First Nationals in Tullamore on Sunday making the final of the 250m hurdles. Alice and Niamh competed in the 200 and 400m under 15 and 17. Neither progressed to the finals but good experience for both girls. Well done 👏 All our younger athletes are on a break now and if anyone is around this weekend the National seniors are on in Santry. Under 16s go free! See our top seniors in action.

Best of luck to Niamh (400 under 17), Alice ( 200 under 15) and Martha (250 hurdles under 15) at the Nationals Sat and Sun in Tullamore. This will be the last juvenile event for the current track season.

Well done to two Celticdch graduates who ran great new pbs this weekend. One Friday night at the Morton games in Santry Pierre knocked 12 seconds off his 5k time dipping under 14 mins for the first time in not great conditions. Conditions didn’t improve much this afternoon in Santry but that didn’t stop Cliona running a pb in the National Senior 10k on the track. Fantastic running from both athletes and well deserved.
