Well done to all who competed at the event age Dublin cross country in the Phoenix Park yesterday. Much longer distances than the leagues and a much tougher test for all.
Our star performer on the day was Lucas with a superb 2nd place in the Boys under 14 race , great run in his first cross country season with the club.
Juliette continued her fine season with 10 th place in the girls under 14 race , her first time inside the top 12. Well done to
Hannah, Luca, Saoirse , Caroline, Freya and lama who all finished in the top
20 in their races.
Also to all the under 13 and 17 girls who all ran up an age group and will have gained good experience for their own age group championship in November. Thank you to all the parents who brought their children and supported on the day.

Sat 11th Oct sprints group 9.30 Dunboyne. Organise lifts tonight. Older middle distance athletes 10am HITW

Sun 12th Oct . All athletes competing in the park today be on site one hour before your scheduled race start time. Meet at the club flag. Sprints group and those not competing today meet at 11 am at HITW for training.

Tue 14th Oct Grangegorman at 7pm everyone.
Thur 16th Oct 5.30 group meet at HITW. Wear high viz tops. Everyone else Grangegorman at 7pm.

Op Well done to all who represented the club today at league 2. We had a great turnout from the club and thank you to all the parents who brought the children and supported today. We will have full results in a few days, our standout performers today were Hannah ( her first race), Darragh, Louise with great packing behind her from Sian, Cara and Ellie, Lucas ,Juliette, Freya with Emma and Amelia close behind, Daire , Saoirse with Caroline and Jessica just behind her, Oscar, Dan , lama and Arron.
Next Sunday the Dublin even age cross country will be held in the Phoenix Park. Entries close tomorrow night.
