High Jump

Sat 18th Feb
Deirdre is meeting all the helpers for the Operation Transformation Baggage area at the Hole in the Wall at 8.45. Anyone whos free please come and bring a friend. should be all done by 11.30.
Brian will have usual training in Santry at 10.30. Susan will be doing a track session in Santry at 10.30.
Arrangements for Tallaght
200m start at 11am be there for 10.15

Longer races due to start at 12noon but could be earlier depending on how quickly the sprints go,

Training at the Hole in the Wall as usual at 11.
Competition in Santry starts at 12noon.

1pm high jump under 13 Alison, Katie, Abbey and Louis
1.30 shot putt under 14 -Grainne
2.30pm high under 14 Luke, Conall, Patrick
4pm high jump under 15 Aoife, 4pm Long jump Zoe.
For any events listed to start after 12noon be there 1 hour earlier in case they run ahead of time.
