Tues and Thurs this week (mid-term)there will be no evening training for Mary and Hilarys gang. We will be training at the Hole in the Wall, meeting at 11 a.m. If you are away for the mid-term try to get out for a run as first day of the Dublin championships will be on Sunday 4th November in Santry.
