At the Welsh indoors at the weekend Steffi Creaner won the 60m final on Saturday and the 200m on Sunday equalling her personal best in both events. In Lee Valley Indoor games in London on Saturday Catherine Mc Manus did a personal best in the 60m hurdles finishing in 2nd place. Catherine had to pull out of the sprint on Sunday as she had a muscle strain in her back.
This weekend, Steffi and Catherine are competing for DCU in the National intervarsity indoors in Athlone, Niamh Donnelly is competing for Trinity and Sinead Cronin is running for Blanchardstown IT. Good luck to everyone.
