Our athletes had a good day at the AAI games in Athlone . First into action was Catherine McManus in the womens 60m where she finished a very good 3rd. Catherine followed this up with a win in a new personal best time in the 60m hurdles and then ran her first ever 200m where she finished 4th overall. Tired legs!
Aoife Ni Bhroin was next into action and she ran a personal best in the 800m. Alison Armstrong and Niamh Donnelly ran in the 1500m with Niamh coming 1st and Alison 3rd.
