Catherine Mc Manus added the Welsh outdoor hurdles title to the Welsh indoor she won earlier this season in a very blustery Cardiff at the weekend. She also finished 2nd in the 100m. On Wednesday night the Graded meeting will be on in Tallaght with club athletes competing in the steeplechase, 400m and the 3k. Dont forget to register online before 1pm on Wednesday.
