Everyone else except Brians group and older Xcross country group are to meet at the Popes Cross at 10.15 so that we can do our training early and then support our clubmates at the races or go home after training

Bogies at 4pm for those who are free
Wed 21st Oct High Jump in the Hall 6pm
Thur 22nd Oct Gym at 7 for usual group
Everyone else St John Boscos school hall at 7pm
Celtic DCH
