Day 3 got under way with the 400m races. Ashley came 4th in her final, Sam just missed out on a final place, Ian made the final of his 400 finishing strongly in 6th place.
The 1500m races started with the girls under 16. Clare o Connor had a great race coming 2nd, her first individual Dublin medal! Keelin and Kacey came 7th and 8th. Gillian Murphy ran very well to win the under 17 race with her sister Clare coming 3rd. Sara Byrne continued her return to form finishing 4th in the under 18 race.
The huge sprints programme followed with Bruce and Pearl making the second round in their 60th sprints, Bianca came 4th in her heat under 12, Martha had a great day celebrating her birthday by winning the Dublin indoor 60m under 11.
Aimee Ryan medalled for the third year in a row coming 3rd in the under 12 Sprint final. Well done everyone.
