Just a quick roundup of the Nationals at the weekend. Most of you would have seen the coverage on Livestream and TV!. In addition to Celines great silver medal in the junior 5k, Cliona Murphy had a solid run in the senior 5k, Sean Donoghue had a very good run in the heats of the men’s 1500. Aoife ni Bhroin and Edel Monaghan competed well in the women’s 1500. Craig Duffy had a decent result in the long jump despite carrying a quad injury.
On Tues night Sean Donoghue ran a very solid solo 3k in Irish town.
