On Friday night last 4 of our athletes competed in the final night of NIA live. Goda had a very impressive win in the under 16 800m, Cliodhna came 4th in her 800 just outside her seasons best, Clare ran a seasons best in her 800 and Niamh had her 2nd outing ever over 400m just outside her previous best time. Well done girls!
