Tue and Thur next week same age group meet 10.30 at HITW.

Sat 13th Aug athletes born 2009 and older meet at HITW at 9.30. Note earlier time than usual to try to avoid the heat.

Tue 16th and Thur 18th same age group meet at HITW at 10.30.

Sat 6th Aug, Tue 9th, Thur 11th meet at 10.30 at Hole in the wall. Members born 2009 and older sprints and middle distance groups. Spread the word!

At the final graded meeting in Lucan last night Edel Monaghan had a fine win in the womens 3k running an impressive outdoor pb. Silje also ran an outdoor pb in the same race. Great running by both girls.
