Training/ competition this week

Sat June 4th Dunboyne track 9.30 warm up -everyone. No formal training on Sunday June 5th due to traffic congestion around the Phoenix park because of Bloom.

Best of luck to Goda, Clare, Aimee and Jocelyn at the all Ireland schools in Tullamore.

Tues 7th June indoor arena 7.15 assembly. Bring 3 euro

Wed 8th June graded in Santry for older athletes. Check out Dublin athletics website.

Thur 9th June HITW 10.30 older middle distance group ( formally the 5pm group on Thursday)
Everyone else HITW at 7
