Sat 3rd Nov Hole in the wall 10.30 sprints group and everyone not competing on Sunday in Santry.

Sun 4th Nov Hole in the wall 11am sprints group. Dublin championships in Santry starting at 11. No training for Hilarys group today. Any older middle distance athletes who are free meet at Hole in the wall at 11.

Sun 28th Oct Hole in the wall 11am sprints group and older group only.

Tue 30th Oct Hole in the wall 10.30 everyone. Sprints group gym at 7.

Wed 31st Oct Hole in the wall 10.30 older middle distance group only.

Thur 1st Nov Hole in the wall 10.30 everyone. Sprint group gym at 7pm.
