First national outdoor gold medal for Catherine McManus in the 400m hurdles in Santry today. Well done Catherine!

If you not able to be there in person to cheer on our athletes at the Nationals on Sunday, tune into rte television at 5.30. Watch out for Emily in the high jump, Catherine in the 400m hurdles, Pierre in the 5k, Cliona and Niamh in the 1500m.

Emily selected for Celtic games! Great news today that Emily Corcoran has been selected for the irish team for the Celtic games in Scotland on the August bank holiday weekend. She joins a long list of club athletes who have represented Ireland in this competition. Well find Emily!!
