Sun 13th Apr Great Irl run in the Phoenix Park. All the junction stewards have been contacted directly.
Water station crew and baggage crew and others who are free to help are to meet at 8 am at the HITW. If late follow over to the tented area on the furze road.
No formal training on Sunday due to the race. Older athletes make their own arrangements after the race . Most jobs will be finished by 11 /11.30
This is our senior club race and the only day in the year when we need a big helping hand. Thank you in advance to all who have offered their support.

Great news from Athlone today that Alice has won a bronze medal in the triple jump at the Nationals. She just got it by 1 cm ! Great jumping Alice👏👏
