Emily Corcoran & Alison Burke medal at Nationals

Our first National Juvenile indoor medal winner this weekend was Emily Corcoran in the under 16 high jump where she jumped a superb new pb of 1m 64cm. This puts Emily right up there with the senior high jumpers. This was a great achievement for Emily who hadnt been able to train for the last 10 days days due to a very bad throat and head cold. Then Alison Burke added to our medals with a brilliant run in the final of the under 17 hurdles finishing 3rd.Chloe Corcoran made the final of the 60m and the 200m, Daire Finn made the final of the 800m and ran in the 1500m final, Finn Burke Power qualifed for the 400m final under 18 and Evan McMillan ran in the final of the 1500m under 19. Well done to all.
