Races start at 11 so under 9/11/13 need to be there at 10.15. Parking could be tricky so factor that in. Dress for the weather and bring a sambo for after! Best of luck everyone☺

Training on Thursday morning will be at 10.30 NOT 10am which is on the website update for the week.

A big well done to Sean Morley on his fantastic new personal best in the Dublin marathon today. Sean finished in 2hours 48min and was in 101st place. Sean says this will be his last marathon but never say never Sean !
